Dr.Suzy Hatough

Dr. Suzy Hatough is currently the Chairperson at Tamkeen for Sustainable Tourism Development (TASUD). During her 20 years of experience in tourism development she served as Acting Dean at Ammon College for Hospitality and Tourism Education in year 2000, and worked as consultant for developing tourism education and training sector to the USAID- Building Economic Sustainability in Tourism Project (BEST) since 2009-2017. She is a certified UNWTO-TedQual Certification Program Auditor since 2008 and an alternate member to the World Committee for Tourism Ethics (WCTE) at the United Nations World Tourism Organizations (UNWTO).

Dr. Hatough has vast experience in leading capacity building projects and community based tourism studies to improve tourism education that would lead to sustainable development.
