Under EU ENI CROSSDEV Project TASUD developed the content training material for MSMEs in Um Qias. The curriculum was designed to meet the needs of local community from relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes required to achieve quality services and products at for HBB and MSMEs and contribute to the competitiveness of tourism offerings and achieve sustainable tourism development at their community.
The curriculum content focused on various tourism related areas of knowledge, covering ; 1. Business management and access to finance, 2. Marketing and social media, 3.Digitalization of tourism services, 4. Quality assurance management and international quality certifications for excellence, 5. Hygiene and health standards, 6. Photography, 7. Interior design, and 8. Communication skills in hospitality services.
